      Pros

      Great opportunities provided by Management and Executives to all employees. My coworkers make day-to-day work routines more exciting and enjoyable. My opinion is valued although I have not been with the company for a long period of time yet, which motivates me to work harder and gain more knowledge in the profession.

      Cons

      I wish there was more of a structured performance review process.
