      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers/team members that I genuinely look forward to seeing every day. High collaboration environment with plenty of opportunity to be challenged and continue learning while broadening skills to be a good asset to the company. My managers have been thoughtful about giving me projects that will excite me and challenge me to think outside of the box. Every other Friday is off, the 3 day weekends are great. Great insurance/benefits package

      Pros

      The company is stable and reliable which is hard to find in this industry. Even in the pandemic I never thought I would lose my job. Providing for my family is the most important thing to me and I can do that here. Other than that it’s a younger work force. All the people are smart. I don’t have any issues with management. I read some of the previous reviews and was surprised by some of the negative ones. I have not had that experience. When I read them a second time I realized they are all probably by the same person. They all follow the same outline. Complain about the ceo, complain about covid response, complain about middle management being scared of ceo, and that’s pretty much it. The company is doing well and pay is good. I wouldn’t trust the very negative repetitive reviews on here when deciding if this is a good place to work. They are almost certainly by the same person.

      I can’t think of any at this time. I have a good paying reliable job so I am happy.
