Pros
Helped with continuous education. Corporate communicated quarterly results well. The only engineer so when you learn the process everyone goes to you.
Cons
Nothing changes. When you propose new ideas they do not go anywhere and the place does not grow. For 3 years we talked about expansion and it never happened. There is very little capital to spend and corporate will put it on hold and completely derail the project pace. Most days you twiddle you thumbs because there just is not much going on.
