I work as a professional field interviewer at Mathematica and I love it here! Field managers at the survey center, trainers, researchers, travel staff, and even the accounting staff I've interacted with are buttoned up and treat you with respect. They understand what it's like to work in the field. Flex scheduling, and they will keep you on projects if there is work in your area or travel you to other field locations. No problems with expense reports or getting reimbursed for travel.

Cons

Nothing really. I really like working here.
