Pros

Great people, super dedicated to their work and many learning opportunities. There's a lot of opportunity to move upward in the company as well. Lots of opportunities to travel because there are many offices and they encourage going to visit other offices. Additionally, about a quarter of the company is work from home.

Cons

Pay isn't super competitive. Benefits aren't great (no vision care, no maternity/paternity leave policy). Some weeks can have long hours because it's consulting.

Pros

Good upper management, good system of employee reviews/employee training sessions, Bagel Thursdays, good part-time job for recent graduates or anyone looking for a part-time position, flexible hours

Cons

low pay, not much room for professional development or advancement, dry work consisting of being on the phone all day talking to angry people who believe that you are conning them.

Pros

Friendly co-workers, relaxed work enviorment and the ability to set your own schedule is nice. Good work life balance.

Cons

Extremely low pay, raises are insultingly low, no benefits for the first year. Having to harass people on a daily basis.
