I love my role as Logistics Mgr. Sharing my 24 years of knowledge with the younger folks on my team Safety culture, yearly rasies, ecxellebt benefits packages. Continued grow either by company growth or acquistion Great atomsphere, depending on leadership type. Lots of opportunity for folks to grow and learn moving into various in or many departments and or other business units

Not all leadership, leads there folks the same way. No enough communication between the levels of the business that work together. Atomosphere on some areas

Under paid by industry standards. Draconian travel policies. A culture of fear. Capital request policies bordering on fraud. Continuously moving goal posts. Absolutely no loyalty to employees. Dismal recruitment and retention.

Work is easy, no strict attendance point system. Easy work for the money

Cons

No opportunities for advancement or raises. Management is a joke, theres zero communication between upper mid and lower Management. The safety protocols are so extreme it negatively affects productivity. Pay is at the bottom of the market standard.
