      Thanks for serving our military and their families. Annually Matrix reviews our benefits. Not all government contracting companies offer 401k retirement plans. Matrix is pleased to provide this retirement plan and will continue to review enhancing the benefit as the company grows. We provide (PTO) Paid Time Off which is used for any leave needed. Example – vacation, sick leave, appointments, etc.

      Pros

      Great commission structure. Nice management. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Computers are monitored, hours are monitored for salaried employees, everyone is unhappy, owner is a jerk, micromanaging at its best. Overall it’s a very chaotic hostile work environment. No worthy recruiter would ever stay at a place like this. Goal are unrealistic.
