Rarely know what’s going on, communication between clinic leadership and contract company is virtually nonexistent, and you don’t get a pay increase ever. You make the same as everyone else wether you bust your butt or sit on it, which is why no one in the clinics cares about being good at their job.

Management doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. If you have an urgent matter, good luck getting any help or guidance. Pay is ok, very stingy with raises. Expect you to do several different jobs but only want to pay you for one.
