Working at Matrix was good because you always knew what was ahead of you. They have great management team as well.

Cons

Recurring types of jobs and assignments make it hard if you're looking to do a lot of different tasks consistently.

Local management is awesome "do what it takes to get the job done safely" , great team environment, no micromanaging

Cons

Pay Grades, Job Levels, (1,2 or 3 or even 4??? no documentation on how to achieve next level. Bonus structure is obscure and not transparent
