everything is wrong with this place. mainly the orange location. management is Is atrocious. the safety is heavy handed. they want production but aren't willing to spend the money to produce. avoid this company in this location at all cost.

Nice people Middle management is supportive.

Cons

Poor business direction. Outsource a lot of the work to 3rd party groups for the employees to just check and submit. Bad performance evaluation structure.
