As the company has grown, we have worked hard to create an environment where employees feel valued, empowered to succeed and grow, however we are sorry that you feel upper management only cares about quotas. As our goals for the upcoming year are fine-tuned and tweaked, we probably become focused on the execution of those goals and could do a better job of engaging and communicating employees.
