Great benefits/health and dental insurance/401k match 3%/ HSA employer contributions

Cons

A lot of people don't care, not motivated. It seems like they just waiting to be retired. Salary freezes, limited to no career advancement, the monthly goals are very hard to achieve, considering that people do not even try.
