This is a native hawaiian american transportation company, they are straight forward, decent management, hard work, they keep 99% employees mostly, maintain good credit.

Cons

Less support from all levels of management when it is challenging with customers or competitors. They let you do all the work by yourself. Maintain a successful old school strategy.

Mid level employees unsupportive at times; unwilling to share knowledge to improve team and interdepartmental growth unless instructed or required. Most seem insecure with job and sometimes willing to openly discredit misfortunate employees to seal their status in position.
