      Pros

      The interview process was speedy, and with varied members of the organization both in Chicago and in California. Might be a good first-inside job opportunity.

      Cons

      Boiler room. If you thrive in a boiler room environment, have I got a place to recommend in downtown Chicago. Next to zero inbound traffic at that time.

      awesome technology that can be used in several verticals

      Cons

      Just an ok company. I have 3 micro managers! Money promised want happen. Marketing and rest of management treat us like children. Oh yeah camera is way too expensive.

      Pros

      Good healthcare and 401K match. Innovative product that is different and has a place in the real estate photography market.

      Cons

      When you remove the sugar coating, this role is only about being a glorified "camera salesman" on the phone all day every day and it is not easy. It's getting more and more boring every day. And the market is getting saturated. Hate to admit it this with several years of work experience but this role is entry level with low pay and low morale. Professional photographers compete against us every day. Being tied down to this office every day is definitely not optimal.
