      Pros

      Remote work is a plus. Product is kind of cool

      Cons

      Senior leadership is unable to make decisions or stay in their own lane. Everything is a group project across the whole company. There is a massive execution problem and it all comes down to senior leadership being unable to commit, move out of the way, and let smart people do their jobs. Don't even consider working here.

      Leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen. I think they’re all effectively retired and running this part time as a retirement fund. They are desperately trying to keep the stock high enough to do their quarterly sales via lies to the market and vapor ware. Stay far far away.
