      Pros

      Great people, great product. The culture used to be one of the main reasons that attracted new hires, but that is changing quickly.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling is very apparent, not much room to grow into new roles. Severely lacking in loyalty to employees, regardless of how long they have been working there.
