      Pros

      Fun tech, great remote culture.

      Cons

      Latest product launches are 5 years behind others. No roadmap or cohesive visions. Just banking on the Metaverse and “Digital Twins”. Middle Management is full of MBA’s who have no idea what they are doing.

      Competitive pay, similar to other tech firms.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect at the executive level. Lack of proper leadership is causing below-expected growth. The company's leadership also lacks proper planning capabilities. They had 2 major layoffs in the past years (most recent in July 2022) while growing the company from 300 to 500+ in 2021.

      - Good Work culture - Friendly colleagues - Pay is not good neither bad

      Cons

      - Leadership is not effective ( they dont have quarterly , annual road maps , priortization is not done - one liner jira's to deliver - one sprint you are working on something mid of sprint you are asked to work on something else - no documentation of any sort to onboard new developers
