      Summer Fridays is a great perk

      Cons

      Leadership have no accountability. Annual layoffs. No team budgets - even the smallest expense has to be approved by VP’s / Execs. 0 company culture.

      - The product and platform have significant potential for bringing immense value to so many industries and use cases. (Genesis) - Some great individuals scattered across the company

      Cons

      - Annual layoffs which clearly have no strategic basis, and only result in doing more with less. - Finance-led company rather than Product/Market. - Executive Leadership that continually shirks accountability. Their 'strategy' is what the company executes against, yet it is the employees who bear the brunt. - No clear Business-wide strategy. Any strategy in place changes like the wind. - CEO is a master of positive spin, yet lacks Operational chops and refuses to have a COO to actually run the business with accountability and focus. - Company continually gets in its own way. - Too slow to move and invest in core areas of the business. - Next to no performance management - meaning underperformers are allowed to continue, whilst others pick up all of the slack and still bear the brunt of the issues caused.

      US Exec leadership disconnected from workforce. They don’t understand the challenges. Talk is “super positive” but there is no substance. Unrealistic business expectations. Values are for show.
