      Good tech with broad appeal Pricing is competitive

      Cons

      US Leadership take no ownership for poor decision making. Buck should stop with them but those that execute their poor strategy are removed. Morale is low due to constant redundancy rounds after expanding to quickly for demand. Legal team are not commercially aware Culture of fear for your role No EMEA support, very US centric

      There are so many talented people at this company who give 100% every day. It is a shame to see their efforts wasted.

      Senior management are all about lining their own pockets so they can sell the business without a care for the people.

      interesting product - helped a lot of companies during the covid period

      Cons

      lack of career progression (rather hire from outside than promote internally) bonus structure and kpi keeps changing, high expectations but not rewarded little to no recognition despite the effort incompetent management - some dont have the appropriate background for the role they are taking lots of fluff when speaking about future of company, instead of actually taking action in steps to improving product and market awareness
