Maven is filled with amazing people who truly believe in the work we do at Maven. The company walks the walk, and treats their employees the way we approach out members - seeing people as whole individuals and not just employees. This attracts extremely smart and impressive people who drive the overall work products up and make it a very fun and challenging place to work.

Cons

The nature of a start up can be challenging, roles can change, people can have very little bandwidth to take more one. The cons exist but are well mediated by the numerous pros.
