Pros

Maverik is a family oriented company, everyone including the "shirts", treat you as though they have known you for years. Maverik takes interest in their employees, from the cashier up to the store directors.

Cons

The only con I have seen is they put their trust into NEW store directors(which is actually not a con), but they don't follow up often with new directors.

no accountability for employee theft. Employees lack ambition, end up doing all the work myself to get it done.
