Pros

Weekly pay and job security.

Cons

Commission. 10% after you hit your bogie or else it’s 1%. Hours. Cut everyone’s hours from 65-40 so district manager could make a higher bonus. Pay. They think that Mechanics deserve to get paid 13 or less so again district manager could get a higher bonus. “Constantly watching you” on cameras - dist managers enjoy emphasizing this to put fear on you.

They pay decent, they offer assistants opportunities for advancement.

Cons

They buy the cheapest materials and equipment not caring about how difficult that makes it for people to do a good job. All they care about is being the cheapest. When we could be providing the best for our customers. They also force their employees to post fake good reviews for glassdoor.
