      its a job with a steady paycheck

      poor communication from management, poor benefits especially healthcare plan is horrible and very expensive. no raises ever in fact they have been cutting peoples pay.

      Really great people to work with and learn from Clients who appreciate their caregivers Some caregivers who truly go above and beyond for their clients

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication from management almost non existent. Salaries are very low Benefits are awful Office staff way too immature for responsibilities.
