      Pros

      They provide great training. The office environment is typically young and fun. You are able to reach out to people for help although you might get different answers from everyone. Maxim hires great internal employees. Regional Managers are great as well.

      Cons

      Long hours, little pay. High turnover. As a recruiter everything will be your fault. You have to learn to accept it and move on. There is a constant battle between clinical versus sales. Now days, clinical will always have the upperhand where in the past it was the other way around. Expect to be on call and have to carry the phone with you everywhere.

      Pros

      Computer skill training, management stays within professional boundries, negotiable hours, learning opportunities, and performance feedback are just a few of the reasons I enjoy working at Maxim. Being able to work with patients with special needs on an individual basis strengthens my skills, as well as provides a rewarding feeling.

      Cons

      Currently, Maxim does not offer tuition refunds for higher education in the field of Nursing. However, Maxim may offer RN to Master's tuition refund in the future.
