Business Outlook
Pros
Competitive pay, excellent management (at least in IS), lots of opportunity for upward mobility, and a challenging/fast paced work environment. Lots of young people in positions of influence.
Cons
Healthcare plan is a HSA so Healthcare costs really ate into my disposable income. Tuition reimbursement plan only pays $2000/year (not enough for 1 graduate class at JHU). HR told my manager I was making $15k more than I was actually making... so I switched jobs to a place that paid me more and had cheaper healthcare (so it was like getting two raises). Jeans are never allowed. Neither is working from home.
