      Pros

      Has a wide selection of benefits. Lots of PTO for internal employees. Hires almost everyone that applies.

      Cons

      Hires almost everyone that applies.... Quality is not a priority. Focus of the company is solely profit based and not client, employee, quality based. Not flexible when it comes right down to it. They want you to do exactly what they want and will make you feel bad or pressured if you don't. Is still under a legal agreement to avoid millions in fines due to illegal billing practices in 2011 that should have been resolved but Maxim cannot pay the fines. Stock market and quarterly analysis shows millions in profits but laid off over 400 people due to budget cuts. Lied about actual number of employees fired. Pay scale is archaic.

      Pros

      Nice peers, some recruiters are good but not many.

      Cons

      Doesn't communciate . Often throws new nurses to the wolves. Will not look for you work often has to beg. Plays favorites.

      Pros

      I can't say enough good about this company. They have been very good to me and the companies I have worked for. I work for the West Springfield office and I have been treated respectfully, and very appreciated.

      Can't say anything negative about the company.
