Pros

The management was nice at first. Say that they are here for the patients and nurses.

Cons

They lie...they are nice to you at first then about a year goes by and the treat you like crap. They say that they are needing to provide services to patients and families but in all reality they just want the $$$$$. They don't care. They just want the highest spread.

Pros

Internal coworkers are a pleasure to work with. Fun, family oriented office staff. Sense of pride providing caregivers for very sick patients in some cases. Mon-Fri 8a-5:30p work sched.

Cons

Very very limited opportunity for growth from recruiter position in Atlanta. Super-Duper high turnover in managers & recruiters. Closed multiple offices in GA market, due to lack of growth.

Pros

They are willing to work with your schedule. They also give you a weekly paycheck.

Cons

Always calling and asking to come in, unorganized, lack of communication, no vacation or PTO days until you have worked there for 5 consecutive years, health insurance is poor and you have to work a certain amount of hours to even get it, maternity leave you have to work a certain amount of hours in the past year to qualify for FMLA leave, they don't know how to deal with complaints.
