      Pros

      I love the company, there are so many supportive supervisors and super friendly! I love that they are able to give you the independence of creating your own schedule and check in with you when needed.

      Cons

      Wish there were more staff gatherings.

      Pros

      PTO accrual and schedule flexibility if you notify office in time. BCBAs were also great.

      Cons

      The fact the field recruiter is the middle man in communication between supervisors, employees and families does not work. Information often did not get relayed in a timely manner or at all. Pay was okay but old staff were making less than new staff and matching pay did not seem to be an option.

      Monday-Friday schedule, benefits and benefit pricing, community impact, work/life balance,

      Cons

      Navigating tough patient home environments and personalities. Navigating nurse personalities and schedules. Recruiting can be hard due to the home care market not being able to pay our caregivers more. Turnover, hard to build a consistent and good team, I believe this is caused by low pay in some roles.
