      Management needs to wake up

      Pros

      The feeling of making a great impact when finding nurses the right job for them.

      Cons

      Does not truly care about employees, when numbers aren't met, they crack down on you hardcore and do not try to communicate with you on why your numbers dropped that week. Management highly favors those who have the highest spread, allowing them to arrive and leave whenever they want and take 3+ hour lunch breaks. Rules are ignored if you make the company enough money. Also, opportunity for advancement is so pigeon-holed that if you don't want to be a Business Development Manager, they treat you like garbage. The job is presented as 8am-5pm Monday-Friday but management consistently pressures employees to work late nights and on weekends.

      Pros

      They're all about team work. Pay is great for a first job and direct management is super understanding. Everyone's willing to be a resource and give you a leg up.

      Cons

      Sometimes all your efforts don't seem reflected in the end result. You will come across dry spells and other healthcare opportunities for your candidates that will rip them from your grasp.

      Pros

      Compensation for recruiters is on par with other recruiter position. Most employees in the office are underpaid.

      Cons

      The work environment is so toxic. Management does not care about you and only stress on the daily about their commission. It is clear that the management do not have the skills nor education to be good leaders. I have never experienced so much turnover in a company. It is very common to find out that your colleagues are applying at other places and are just waiting to hear back. There is not sense of HR in the office. Awful jokes and comments (even from management) are made on a daily basis. I do not feel confident that corporate would be able to do anything because management is so unprofessional.
