Solid base pay, that’s about it.

Cons

- Management plays favorites - They make you work about 60 hours a week, when you start. - If you are not making 700 outbound calls a week then you will get written up. - Only two decent teams in the office, cliques are a norm, people will talk behind your back and girls get threatened quickly. - Big egos, these guys emphasize “money hungry people” but also a team environment. What it actually means is that the team lead will talk behind everyone’s back to get them fired up. - Upper management thinks he can do whatever he wants but comes in at 9 and leaves by 1. But he’s the one emphasizing “work hard, make that money” - Depressing office, all of the new people quit within their first few months.

Fast-paced environment and learn a lot of administrative skills.

Cons

Everything else, pay is lacking big time for the amount of time and energy they require of you. You are constantly on call, you are salary and work ten hours a day Mon-Fri

Pros

The only place I have ever worked where you can set your own schedule without a hassle. You don't work with anyone you don't want to work with (clients), office staff are all very nice people. I have never seen discrimination based on anything, race, gender, religion or anyone's personal beliefs about anything.

Cons

The pay is terrible, my wages are $.50 higher than 10 years ago when I started, making this a dead end job. The health benefits and very expensive with very high deductibles, costing as much as a house payment every month. Constant short staffing on my case for a year and a half. Which is fine for picking up extra days, but has been very, very hard on the family. They are losing hours they are entitled to and have become exhausted without the help they need, and that's when all current nurses show up for scheduled shifts and pick up extra shifts to "help out".

At times, pay and benefits can be lower than competitors, however, our training and rewards programs separate us from others.
