Team lead, Cat, is the worse and bosses and pushes everybody! Does not matter who you are, she let's you know she is the Queen Bee in there. The managers sweeps it under the rug as though its ok for her to be like that. She is mean and cold and not just to her team. If you like someone with that type of negative energy, of my way or else, work as a FS Tight quarters, everyone is on top of each other. Makes it hard to do your job Field Support is underpaid for the many task that are need to perform. You will be excepted to be an expert at everything under a month and if you are not then you are RE-EDUCATED like you are a child. Have to KNOW every corporate member by name, title, and picture. No sense of belonging. There's FS, Ops, Clinical, ABA, and Staffing and each team is on their own and looks out for their own ONLY. DO NOT CROSS OVER EITHER or you will be seen as the enemy
