Lots of upward mobility and career advancement IF you are willing to put in the time and work. Good relationship with Management ad coworkers.

Cons

The benefits are lackluster and could be better.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow with the company. They believe in promoting from within. It wasn't horrible working for Maximus, but definitely nothing special. Just your average corporate America job with average benefits.

Cons

Most jobs at Maximus are contract based. Due to this the annual salary increase is 1%. They compensate this by providing quarterly bonuses. However, if your department does not meet their goals, you will not receive a bonus. Which happened twice in my department.
