Laid-off with so many others. So many people who spent 7+ years devoted to the company that were released.

Pros

You get to work from home Monday - Friday normal work hours 8 am - 5 pm. You have support once you get on the production floor from Team Leads, supervisors, and Sr. CSR's.

Cons

Training could've been better but, I guess most of it you won't learn until you start answering phones. Some aspects of complex terminology need to be explained more by supervisors once you are on the floor. Supervisors don't have time to pull us off the phones to have team meetings. That is kind of frustrating. Layoffs and moving from project to project when there isn't enough work hurts morale.
