Contract employment, rate pressures inhibit reasonable salary increases, just know that Maximus is driven like their competitors to low bid

Pros

Working Mon-Fri only, paid holidays for full time staff. Overtime every now and again, which was manageable.

Cons

Pay raises were VERY low, about 25 cents per year. Management was not people friendly. Time off was hard to get because they only allow 1 person per team (which was about 5) off per day!! With this company it's not what you know but more who you know to do any advancing.
