      Pros

      Decent building, nice break room.

      Cons

      Lack of training, lack of overall communication, no room for upward growth, insulting raises. Corporate culture is slow, ineffective, and doesn't care about its workers. They do not reward their best achievers as they properly should.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a temporary job this is for you.

      Cons

      I am not sure this is the same company. The one here closed and as far as I know left town. They hired over 1000 people telling them that it was a permanent job for a call center. It was not. The jobs were only temporary and they reduced staff very quickly once the sign up period was over.

      Pros

      Weekends off. Paid holidays. Medical plans. Starting pay is at least $11.54 an hour for the Athens, Texas location. Lots of great people do work there.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover of employees. Some supervisors WILL lie on you. I had a co-worker, that still works there, who was harassed and then lied on. This is a strict work environment so if you have problems with attendance then this job is not for you. You will receive many abusive callers who will curse you for their lack understanding of how food stamps and Medicaid works.
