Micro manage you to the fullest. They put untrained unqualified individuals in positions they are not capable of handling so everything is discombobulated and people like Supervisors abuse their power! The job is very stressful You take Calls from the time you log in (also everything you do is monitored secretly). Til the time you clock out! Favoritism in career advancements
