      Pros

      Co-workers were always ale to give a helping hand.

      Cons

      Supervisors had teachers pets. They picked favorites and didn't care for those who came to work to work. The maximus company itself did nothing but lie to all of us employees making us sign a three year contract for guaranteed work and after five months of being there we were told that all of us were being laid off after they hired 3500 people.

      It's just okay. Some of the people are really great, and others, not so much.

      Cons

      There is a lot of drama around here and no one tries to do anything about it. Management and supervisors are incompetent and never use any logic. Training is an even bigger joke around here. The trainers will say the opposite of what the supervisor tells you to do on the floor. This company does not care for their employees. Yearly raise for being an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond is .20. Yay thanks. Overall, I cannot to wait to find a new job.

      Schedule, Location, Co-workers, Benefits, Stepping stone to allow you to seek employment else where and have gained experience. No advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Favoritism, Positions are created for people, backstabbing, gossip ring, treated like a child, cap out on pay, even if you work hard.
