      Maximus has its ups and downs

      Pros

      Coworkers are fun and helpful. Most managers are professional and knowledgable. Just recently, senior managers made a change in the right direction to increase morale.

      Cons

      Lately, contractors are being hired without any experience or education. Morale has been low because of this.

      mixed feelings about Maximus, as they provide a good service but do not seem to be well managed.

      Pros

      Maximus provides good services to people so the product is a good one. Benefits are about average for typical large companies, not as good as the richer high tech companies. Managers seem to allow employee flexibility.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to be not very competent, not concerned enough with the day to day functions of employees. Salaries are somewhat fixed within the context of the corporate structure, not much flexibility.

      Pros

      Fulltime hours that are suitable. Clean office environment. Inclement weather line available. Observation of Holidays. Place where friends are encouraged to apply. The more friends the better.

      Cons

      Good Leadership does not exist. Time management does not exist. Streamlining does not exist. Office buracracy at its best to include obvious cliques and micro managing is unbelievable. Ethics training should be mandatory for all employees including managment.
