The job was easy and nice people to work with. No Weekends or nights.

Cons

You will be a temp longer than expected. If you don't politic with the bosses it's a wrap for getting hired. If you have a nice car, park it somewhere else. If you are looking to get paid, look somewhere else. There is no overtime and no advancement. You get docked for taking a bathroom break. No email for temps-they waste paper to tell you one new thing when they can just call you at your extension.

Some good people but lack of moral

Pros

Most of the people are decent. You usually have job security unless you really royally mess up.

Cons

Not good at keeping employees moral up especially when they laid off numerous people. No incentives. Cutting back on tons of things to save money and make themselves comparable to competitors. Lack of communication. Managers want to be everyone's boss.

Pros

Easy. Decent start pay. Decent benefits. Good schedules for people who want to go to school. Options for non call center environment.

Cons

Unorganized. Managers play favorites. Bonuses are a joke. Inflexible schedules, part time positions are akward hours and it's hard to work with school schedule. It's very difficult to get time off. Vacation has to be earned with every paycheck and you can't request a week off for vacation unless you already have the time, it's very difficult to do.
