they offer full time employment, decent salaries, a possible bonus structure, and crappy helath benefits

Cons

an working environment that is often hostile, no work life balance, outdated systems that could be easily compromised, and a very hands off approach to management which exposes a very cold working situation

Quick advancement and pay increase if you know what you are doing. The management is decent usually. Be smart and you'll do well.

Cons

Not very organized. Some people are in positions of leadership that shouldn't be. Seniority is a bigger deal than it should be.

Pros

Good pay I don't really know what else to say. They've ripped the soul out of what was a co-hes ive workforce. There is no sense in the direction they're hell bent on.

Cons

Shocking mis-management. Ruthless mentality. No care for work force and no ownership of problems they in fact create. I wouldn't believe it unless I'd witnessed it myself. I doubt they'll get the contract with the DWP renewed. Non clinical managers openly saying the medical examinations are easy with their every day actions showing a lack of insight or care. Seriously avoid.
