      Pros

      Learned a lot about the industry. Good resume builder. Coworkers are cool. Conveniently located. I am not sure there are any other pros

      Cons

      Pay is poor. No room for advancement. Unorganized and lower level employees are expendable. Poor management throughout. High turnover rate, more funds are wasted training new people who aren't likely to stay instead of raising salary and properly training current employees.

      Pros

      I truly enjoyed the job. Maximus has high integrity. Those who may say that's not true really do not understand. There was a lot of controversy, and all kinds of people, but it was never dull. We had the initiative to hire lots of people in a very short time, no matter what. So we did. Sometimes those who were hired hadn't worked in years and really did not know what was expected of them. Some had an attitude of entitlement, which is unfortunate. But for the most part, they were grateful and they tried hard. The HR department was great! The pay was great! I just wish they didn't have to close the site. It was a great loss to Boise! I really miss that job!

      Cons

      Corporate had some unrealistic expectations that worked in a perfect world. But the Boise site was not a perfect world.
