None this place is very unorganized. No cares for the employees and every supervisor tells you something different when a question is asked.

This place is very unorganized. If you are a person of color in the Oklahoma City office, you should do fine. They’ll be friends you quickly very unorganized. They are a point system operation so if you do get fired, you can’t collect unemployment mind you you get points for any little thing And when you ask questions, you never get the same response training as a week but everything you learn in training is not what you use when you’re on your own

The metrics, my supervisor, the team i was on all rude. Training was ok but not nearly enough to help with real life situations once you are that phone. They also lie a lot!

This place is so horrible micromanaging,always something wrong with your qc evaluations, they never give positive feedback,they never know what they are doing but expect you too.thkngs change on a day to day basis and you are constantly supposed to keep up
