      Pros

      *You get most major holidays off. *The building is air conditioned *They provide health insurance *They promote internally if possible *Have not been attacked by endomorphs

      Cons

      *Low pay *Not much upward mobility *The insurance is basically the cheapest thing they can legally offer *You had better kow-tow to executives or they have you out of there with a quickness *Executives have a sense of entitlement and haughtiness one would expect in the late fifties, as apposed to the modern age.

      Pros

      food trucks would come to the parking lot every day for lunch. Management in my area was competent and caring. Pretty much left alone to do my job without too much interference or micromanagement. Pay was low for the type of job but it came with benefits.

      Cons

      If you had a phone agent job it was like working in a sweatshop. Thankfully I was not on the phones. The supervisors and managers in the call center were mostly clueless about how to manage people and it showed in the high turnover and desperation to get warm bodies in the seats. The site shut down because they could not meet metrics.
