Thank you for getting in touch and sharing your experience. It’s always great to hear that colleagues value the training and development programmes we have in place. Over the years we’ve actively invested in introducing a greater variety of training and development opportunities for colleagues – whether that’s through our online learning platform, training courses, mentorship programmes or the apprenticeships we offer. We’ve also worked hard to improve our induction and onboarding activities so that new colleagues joining the business are set up for success. Whilst we have made some great progress in the last 12 months, we know there is more work to do.
