Pros

Colleagues are amazing to work with shame I can't say the same about upper management.

Cons

Very disorganised. Management constantly change things last minute and there's no consistency. The EA's do everything asked of them but when things go wrong, it's there fault. Needs a total Management restructure so the business can progress. If you're thinking of working for them, I strongly advise against it. If you've been referred to them as a participant, you'll be in safe hands.

Pros

It offered me the chance to learn, and help people Had some great colleagues My direct line manager was super supportive. 2 days per year corporate paid volunteering which I really enjoyed. It is a diverse culture and tries to be inclusive

Cons

A lot of pressure from above with hitting the targets, but not proper support in helping achieving those targets. The operational manager in one of the offices has poor people management skills. Communication channels are not so great. Culture became quite toxic after 1 year. There is a lot of finger pointing, as well as promoting based on relation status. Though it says they won’t allow retaliation, unfortunately it does happen. Some managers don’t know how to handle conflict between employees and minimise bullying
