On a local level ( depending on which office you work ) the support and leadership is great colleagues are friendly and very good to work with flexi time
Cons
lack of support terrible salary for job roles lack of communication from upper management very very slow progression or none at all if your face doesnt fit false promises and will pile as much on top of your job role as possible with zero reward or recognition
