      The team I work with are lovely. Very friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Management’s expectations are huge. There’s a lot of pressure to perform, and this is driven by figures. It’s a business, and they want their numbers. It’s very stressful and full-on. No time for a lunch break. No onsite parking meaning I have to park in an expensive multi-storey

      Pros

      The life balance, the salary is not that bad as they give more than the minimum wage, it can be improved of course I’m still on my probation period, so you have holidays, 8 hours shift, weekends free, all my colleagues are friendly and we work part of teams, payday on time, supportive BM. I feel blessed, I wish it would be my first job and having found it earlier. So I hope it will continue to be like that and I could stay forever with Maximus~ U
