Pros
The company does seem to make positive changes based on company surveys. The managers I work for and my coworkers are all wonderful! We're able to work remotely and everyone gets along well. The pay is decent. There can be a lot of fluctuation in the bonuses, without clear reasons why sometimes.
Cons
It is difficult to move up in the company. Every time I apply for different positions, I'm either told they chose someone else or I don't even hear back from anyone. It's very frustrating, especially since I'm only applying for positions that I am completely qualified for. I am an excellent worker, proven through superior ratings on all my reviews, and I get along with everyone. It just doesn't make sense.
