May is focusing on contracts with the cities rather than investors which is what causes AV companies to have layoffs Miami location is awesome, love the management and love their transparency and clear expectations Feedback is always welcome
Cons
Not making contractors full-time anytime soon for whatever reason, even though it's a smart decision. Also no benefits Not focusing on software which means the technology could definitely be better Single driver operations, alone in the car for hours Strict no phone on the field use , so you leave your phone in a locker at base
