Pros

Paycheck, free snacks, still some opportunity to contribute and make change if you can put in 10-15 hours a day

Cons

Top management is not aligned on goals, chasing every feature immediately at cost of core progress. No decision making and repeated wasted effort. Trying to scale before having a proven product. CEO is brilliantly intelligent and knows AV technology, but has not appeared to surround himself with the leaders to be successful in getting beyond a theoretical product.
